Mar Gregorios Academic Trust, in the holy name of Saint Geevargese Mar Gregorios who is popularly known as Parumala Thirumeni (Bishop of Parumala )and was the Metropolitan of the Malankara Church, is registered as a public charitable trust under Indian Trust Act in the year 2009. The trust board includes, President & Managing Trustee - Sri Sajeev Thiruvathukkal, Author –Late Rev. Fr. Dr. O.P. Varghese, Smt Leelamma, Trust Secretary, Sri Biju Jacob, Trust treasurer, Rev Fr. Justin P Thomas, Trust Member, Sri Minson M Paul, Trust Member.

MGAT which was started in the year 2009 has created its own milestones in the field of social service. Mar Gregorios Academic Trust firmly believes that every human being must live a dignified life. We have firmly put this belief into action, empowered vulnerable, marginalized communities and provided them with the social as well as economic dignity. We work to provide holistic care and a support system by guiding, educating, and giving them love and care that they deserve.
